Conoscendo i nuovi sognatori
Sembra ieri quando per la prima volta, un po’ agitati, un po’ entusiasti di esser arrivati fin lì ma allo stesso tempo determinati, varchiamo la porta dell’aula dove si terrà il corso propedeutico.
Una volta superata la prima selezione, si può partecipare al corso propedeutico, della durata di un mese. Durante questo corso, i candidati hanno modo di incontrare professori, imprenditori e dirigenti di aziende e di seguire le lezioni che danno un’infarinatura sulle materie che verranno affrontate durante l’anno. La selezione finale per vincere la borsa di studio e quindi la possibilità di partecipare al master, comprende un esame alla fine del corso propedeutico per valutare le nozioni acquisite, un incontro con lo psicologo, un test d’inglese e tre colloqui con la commissione, di cui due di gruppo e l’ultimo, quello finale, singolo.
Oltre a questi test psico-attitudinali, quello che la commissione ricerca è la passione, il desiderio, l’umiltà e la dedizione nel voler lavorare in questo settore. Settore nel quale la conoscenza di tutte le fasi, dalla selezione di materie prime alla vendita al dettaglio, sono di vitale importanza.
Oggi invece varchiamo l’aula in veste di Masterini della XXVI Edizione.
Come tradizione, i Masterini dell’anno corrente e quelli delle precedenti edizioni, incontrano i nuovi candidati. Durante questa giornata, gli esaminandi illustrano il loro profilo, le ragioni per cui desierebbero partecipare al Master e quali ruoli vorrebbero avere in ambito lavorativo; allo stesso tempo i Masterini raccontano le loro esperienze durante il Master e le esperienze lavorative.
Con grande piacere auguriamo ad Elisa, Josephine, Margherita, Marzia, Livia, Giulia, Maria Giovanna, Raffaele, Margherita, Irene, Margherita, Andrea e Lorenzo un “in bocca al lupo”.

It seems yesterday when for the first time, a little bit shaken, a little bit enthusiastic but at the same time determined we have arrived until there, we cross the door of the classroom where the course will be held the preparatory course.
Once overcome the first selection, you can participated in the preparatory course, of one month-old duration. During this course, the candidates have the opportunity to meet teachers, entrepreneurs and manager of firms and to follow the lessons that give a flouring on the subjects that will be focus during the year. The final selection in order to win the scholarship and therefore the possibility to participate in the master, includes an examination at the end of the preparatory course to appraise the acquired notions, a meeting with the psychologist, an English test and three interviews with the errand, of which two of group and the last, that final, single.
Besides these psico-vocational tests, what the errand research is the passion, the desire, the humility and the devotion in to want to work in this sector. Sector in where the knowledge of all the phases, from the selection of the raw materials to the retail, have a fondamental importance.
Today instead we cross the classroom as Masterini of the XXVI Edition. As a tradition, the Masterini of the current year and those of the preceding editions, meet the new candidates. During this day, the esaminandis illustrate their profile, the reasons why they wish to participate at the Master and what roles they would want to have in working circle; at the same time the Masterini tell their experiences during the Master and their working experiences.
