Lo sviluppo della maglieria attraverso la scelta dei punti

Rasata davanti, costa 1 a 1, links-links, traforato, treccia. Sono solo alcune soluzioni di punti che si possono sviluppare per un tessuto a maglia, senza contare la possibilità di combinarli e unirli in un'unica soluzione. Questo è il bello della maglieria, una volta inquadrato il filato e le sue criticità, non vi sono limiti nella progettazione che quindi dà spazio alla creatività.

La fase della progettazione è però anche una fase molto delicata e complessa in quanto attraverso la scelta dell’evoluzione della boccola, maglia davanti, dietro o inglese si costruisce una struttura che può essere più o meno realizzabile e più o meno stabile. Se è vero che non ci sono limiti è anche vero che si possono incontrare delle problematiche in produzione se non si tiene conto dello scarico della macchina, del tiraggio del tira pezza, della lunghezza dei punti flottanti nel caso dei tessuti Jaquard e così via.

A differenza dei tessuti ortogonali, proprio perché nella maglia si possono sfruttare numerose soluzioni di punti, è fondamentale che nella fase iniziale dello sviluppo di una collezione si preparino dei teli di prova che servono per adattare il punto scelto dall’ufficio stile al prodotto che si vuole realizzare.
