STAGE IN FILATURA PETTINATA

Esperienza formativa tra Biellese e Valsesia

I masterini hanno recentemente completato la prima esperienza di stage formativo in aziende di eccellenza partner del Biella Master delle Fibre Nobili. Dal 26 gennaio al 3 febbraio, gli allievi del Master hanno svolto lo stage in filatura pettinata, un percorso immersivo focalizzato sull’analisi delle fasi del processo produttivo. Durante questa settimana, gli studenti hanno seguito la trasformazione della fibra attraverso l'intero ciclo di ripettinatura e filatura: dalle operazioni iniziali di preparazione del nastro fino all’ottenimento del filato pettinato finito. Inoltre, il percorso ha consentito di esaminare da vicino la meccanica dei macchinari e le dinamiche della linea produttiva, offrendo una comprensione dettagliata dei contenuti trattati nel corso delle lezioni teoriche delle prime settimane di Master. Gli allievi del Master hanno altresì osservato i processi di controllo qualità, constatando quanto il monitoraggio costante ed i test di laboratorio siano cruciali per garantire gli standard di eccellenza richiesti dal mercato.

In particolare, Filati Buratti S.r.l., specializzata nella filatura di seta mulberry, tussah ed eri da cascami in mista con altre fibre come lana e cashmere per applicazioni di pregio, ha ospitato Gaia Ruggeri e Giulia Andrea Vignudelli Guidotti; Successori Reda S.B.p.A., leader nella filatura di lana pettinata per tessuti pregiati con controllo integrale del ciclo produttivo, dal vello al filato, ha accolto Alba Beatrice Habe e Davide Scarano; mentre Zegna Baruffa Lane Borgosesia S.p.A., eccellenza storica nella filatura di lane merino e blends innovativi per maglieria di alta gamma, ha ospitato Beatrice Mazzini e Asia Sallustro.

The Master’s students have recently completed their first internship experience in companies of excellence that are partners of the Biella Master of Noble Fibers. From 26 January to 3 February, the Master's students carried out the internship in worsted spinning, an immersive path focused on the analysis of the phases of the production process of the technologies used. During this week, the students followed the transformation of the fiber through the entire combing and spinning cycle: from the initial operations of preparing the ribbon to obtaining the finished worsted yarn. In addition, the course allowed to closely examine the mechanics of the machinery and the dynamics of the production line, offering a detailed understanding of the contents covered during the theoretical lessons of the first weeks of the Master. The Master's students also observed the quality control processes, noting how constant monitoring and laboratory tests are crucial to ensure the standards of excellence required by the market.
